近年(nian)來(lai),隨著信(xin)息化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)突飛猛進,工(gong)地(di)(di)數(shu)字化(hua)、精細化(hua)、智(zhi)慧化(hua)發展已(yi)成(cheng)趨(qu)勢,通過互聯(lian)網、物聯(lian)網、大數(shu)據(ju)、云(yun)計(ji)算、BIM等為依托的(de)工(gong)地(di)(di)信(xin)息化(hua)與施工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)深(shen)度融合,一大批“黑科技(ji)”在(zai)建筑工(gong)地(di)(di)涌現,讓(rang)工(gong)地(di)(di)不再是原來(lai)的(de)工(gong)地(di)(di),而是成(cheng)為“智(zhi)慧工(gong)地(di)(di)”。
1月20日,記(ji)者來到貴州省六(liu)盤水市大(da)坪子至(zhi)董(dong)地(di)一(yi)級(ji)公路一(yi)期(qi)工(gong)程PPP項目,探訪中建二局西(xi)南公司(si)智(zhi)慧(hui)工(gong)地(di)試點項目,實地(di)感受“黑(hei)科(ke)技”是如何(he)讓工(gong)地(di)生“智(zhi)慧(hui)”的。
人人離不開App+二維碼
手機移動設(she)備(bei)的普及(ji)、智能(neng)手機App的產(chan)生和(he)發展對各(ge)行業(ye)(ye)都產(chan)生了重要影(ying)響,建筑(zhu)行業(ye)(ye)當然也(ye)不例外(wai)。記者在這(zhe)個工地看到,過(guo)去的人工巡(xun)檢、手工記錄完全消失了,取(qu)而(er)代之(zhi)的是(shi)各(ge)項App+二維碼。
建筑行(xing)(xing)業是安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)事(shi)故多發(fa)行(xing)(xing)業。記者發(fa)現,現場管(guan)理(li)人員(yuan)都在(zai)手(shou)機里安(an)(an)(an)裝了安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)巡(xun)檢(jian)App。“我(wo)們的管(guan)理(li)人員(yuan)在(zai)現場發(fa)現問(wen)題(ti)(ti)后,通(tong)過App發(fa)起問(wen)題(ti)(ti)并指定安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)內容、整改單位(wei)和責任人、整改時(shi)間等,最后由發(fa)起人現場復核后流程閉(bi)合。”項目安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)總監夏征勇介紹,“這樣完成安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)采集與管(guan)理(li),更(geng)高效。”
而(er)這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)隱(yin)患排查系(xi)統App不(bu)僅用于現場安(an)全隱(yin)患排查整(zheng)改,也是一個(ge)移動私(si)人知識(shi)庫,幫(bang)助管(guan)理人員(yuan)隨時翻閱公司標(biao)準化圖集、國家法(fa)律法(fa)規、行業部門規章、強制性(xing)標(biao)準等規范性(xing)要求。項目安(an)全員(yuan)尹朝(chao)陽對記者說:“有了這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)移動便攜知識(shi)庫,一鍵(jian)查詢相關資料,非常方(fang)便!”
除了手機App,二維(wei)(wei)(wei)碼(ma)技(ji)術也在(zai)工地現(xian)場(chang)得到多樣化(hua)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)。項目將(jiang)公(gong)路工程(cheng)相關法(fa)律法(fa)規、項目部質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)制度、規范配置清單、安(an)全、質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)、技(ji)術交底情況等制作(zuo)成二維(wei)(wei)(wei)碼(ma)張貼在(zai)施(shi)工現(xian)場(chang),方便(bian)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)人(ren)員查(cha)閱;在(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)驗收管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)上(shang),采用(yong)電子會簽方法(fa),一鍵掃描二維(wei)(wei)(wei)碼(ma)進(jin)行驗收;制作(zuo)二維(wei)(wei)(wei)碼(ma)“身(shen)份證”,進(jin)行智能安(an)全帽(mao)應(ying)用(yong),將(jiang)記(ji)錄工人(ren)基本信息(xi)(xi)的(de)二維(wei)(wei)(wei)碼(ma)張貼在(zai)安(an)全帽(mao)上(shang),管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)人(ren)員在(zai)現(xian)場(chang)檢查(cha)作(zuo)業(ye)人(ren)員信息(xi)(xi)時,人(ren)員的(de)入(ru)場(chang)時間、操作(zuo)工種、聯(lian)系電話、是否進(jin)行安(an)全、質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)、技(ji)術交底等信息(xi)(xi)一掃便(bian)知。項目質(zhi)(zhi)檢員陶少(shao)波告訴記(ji)者(zhe):“二維(wei)(wei)(wei)碼(ma)在(zai)資料分享、數(shu)據上(shang)墻(qiang)、工人(ren)跟蹤(zong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)上(shang)的(de)應(ying)用(yong),實現(xian)了對施(shi)工質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)的(de)信息(xi)(xi)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),簡便(bian)實用(yong)。”
BIM+VR實現“虛擬施工”
在大董公路項(xiang)目施工(gong)現場,記(ji)者(zhe)意外地(di)看到空中無人(ren)機在飛(fei)來(lai)飛(fei)去。記(ji)者(zhe)問過(guo)項(xiang)目總工(gong)程師胡(hu)亞軍得知,無人(ren)機拍攝的照片全(quan)部匯入后臺數據庫(ku),變成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個個“虛擬模(mo)型”。如此一(yi)(yi)來(lai),技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員就可以(yi)將一(yi)(yi)座山溝、甚(shen)至一(yi)(yi)塊巖石細致地(di)做成(cheng)3D虛擬模(mo)型。“這(zhe)樣的施工(gong)圖,在一(yi)(yi)線操作的人(ren)員都能(neng)看懂(dong)。”胡(hu)亞軍說。
近年(nian)來,BIM建(jian)模技(ji)術(shu)已經被廣泛應用于土木與建(jian)筑工(gong)程領(ling)域,逐漸呈(cheng)現出與物聯網、AR、VR、移動(dong)互聯網、人工(gong)智(zhi)能等技(ji)術(shu)集成應用的趨勢。大董(dong)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)工(gong)地運用BIM建(jian)模技(ji)術(shu)結合科(ke)技(ji)化(hua)手段,實(shi)現了項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)理的全可視化(hua)。
此外,虛擬(ni)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和BIM模型建(jian)立,也是(shi)新技術(shu)應用(yong)的(de)(de)一大亮點。記者了解到,在大董公(gong)路(lu)發箐(qing)大橋施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)地,項目構建(jian)了施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)設備(bei)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝等(deng)相關(guan)組庫。在工(gong)(gong)(gong)程正式施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)前(qian),利用(yong)BIM技術(shu)進行施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)4D虛擬(ni)建(jian)造,通(tong)過可(ke)視化的(de)(de)預演練和施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程模擬(ni),檢查設備(bei)空間位置和工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝實施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)可(ke)行性(xing),進而優化施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組織方案,減少返工(gong)(gong)(gong)。“特別是(shi)在進行高、大、危等(deng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難點攻關(guan)時,BIM技術(shu)能提供便捷直觀的(de)(de)模擬(ni)以及詳細精準的(de)(de)分析(xi)結果。”胡(hu)亞軍說。
說到VR,可能(neng)(neng)大家首(shou)先會想到游戲,可實際上,VR的(de)(de)用(yong)途遠不止于(yu)此。在大董(dong)公路(lu)項目施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場設(she)置的(de)(de)VR安(an)全(quan)體驗(yan)館,管理(li)方將VR技(ji)術與(yu)建筑施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中常見的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)隱患相結合,模(mo)擬施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場可能(neng)(neng)出現的(de)(de)事(shi)故(gu)場景,如(ru)高空墜(zhui)物、火災傷害(hai)、消防(fang)逃(tao)生、機械傷害(hai)、違章查找等,使施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人(ren)員沉浸式體驗(yan)和直觀(guan)感受事(shi)故(gu)發生的(de)(de)瞬間,為的(de)(de)是增(zeng)強安(an)全(quan)意識,預防(fang)事(shi)故(gu)的(de)(de)發生。作為智慧工(gong)(gong)地的(de)(de)一(yi)部分(fen),VR安(an)全(quan)體驗(yan)的(de)(de)有效創(chuang)新,不能(neng)(neng)不說是十分(fen)“走心(xin)入腦”了(le)。
