(1)控制(zhi)系統: 專用(yong)自研(yan)軟件(jian),自主的溫度控制(zhi)算法,配有(you)高(gao)標準的PT100以及高(gao)質量電子原件(jian)等組成(cheng)。
(2)軟件系統方便(bian)修正顯(xian)示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度與(yu)實際溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度的(de)誤(wu)差(cha),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度修正分辨率(lv)可高(gao)達0.01℃,使顯(xian)示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度值準確(que)無(wu)誤(wu)。
(3)具有(you)超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)保(bao)護、超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)鳴叫報(bao)警,可(ke)設定超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)報(bao)警溫(wen)(wen)度,超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)可(ke)自動切斷負(fu)載。
(4)智能軟件(jian)溫度穩定性(xing)強,PID可自動根據不同的介(jie)質自動整定最(zui)佳參數,特(te)殊用(yong)戶(hu)還人工重新調整參數。
(5)使用(yong)軟件數(shu)字鎖定控(kong)制系(xi)統各項設置值,避(bi)免(mian)無(wu)關(guan)人員進行誤操作(zuo),保(bao)證實驗過程數(shu)據(ju)正確無(wu)誤。
(6)準確的溫度(du)控制,使(shi)工作槽內溫度(du)快速穩定。
(7)按“電源(yuan)”鍵可(ke)關掉儀器(qi)(qi)所有功能,但(dan)儀器(qi)(qi)還能顯示槽(cao)內溫度自然升、降的(de)過程。
(8)制冷系統(tong):高效全封閉壓縮機制冷,降(jiang)溫速度(du)快(kuai),具(ju)有過熱過電流等(deng)多重保(bao)護。
(9)循(xun)環(huan)系統(tong):配備(bei)內循(xun)環(huan)和外(wai)循(xun)環(huan)系統(tong),內循(xun)環(huan)使溫度(du)均勻穩定,外(wai)循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)輸(shu)出的流(liu)量恒(heng)溫液(ye)體去建(jian)立機(ji)外(wai)第二恒(heng)溫場,還可作為冷(leng)源去冷(leng)卻機(ji)外(wai)實驗容器。
